Clem and Robert fixed water damaged walls on our first and second floors, painted and put in new flooring upstairs. Their electrician removed some old conduit and installed a new outdoor light, and another subcontractor installed new eavestroughs. Clem and Robert did great work for a fair price and they were great at communicating and reliable. Their subcontractors were just as good. Highly recommend!

I am reminded that I owe Marleau’s Action Maintenance an exceptional review. Clément and Robert (père et fils, respectively) and Narcisse did an amazing job preparing my mother’s house for listing in a frighteningly short time. As advertised, the team was precise, punctual, professional and polite (I added that final ‘p’ word :o) You’re welcome !). Highlights included painting the entire house, spray-painting, carpeting etc. the basement (now literally unrecognizable and no longer scary), recreating c. 1930’s crown moulding (Clément discovered his inner Michelangelo), reclaiming the original hardwood floors (hidden under c. 1930’s – no really - carpeting), and other jobs I have no doubt forgotten. In the end, the house was listed and sold in less than an hour for well over asking. I have already recommended MAM to friends and family and would have no hesitation in doing so again.

When I decided to sell my home, I was pretty stressed because I didn't have too much time to address the plumbing, woodwork, concrete, painting, and electricity all within a week.
